The story behind Sewe One of our family's treasures, behind which lies a story… one that began with our very first restaurant, opened by our parents in the Sea Garden of Varna, right by the aquarium. A story built over years of hard work, ideas, mistakes, successes and setbacks, and above all, the desire to create a place where people feel calm and at ease. To us, a restaurant has never been just tables, a kitchen and food. We have always believed that the best moments happen around a table: when family comes together, when friends celebrate, when an ordinary lunch becomes a memory. Sewe is a new chapter in our family's story, one that we, Georgi and Stela Yanchevi, are beginning to write, guided by our conviction that opening a restaurant doesn't mean forgetting the past. Quite the opposite: we take what matters most from it and carry it forward into something bolder, more beautiful, and closer to the place we've always dreamed of creating. Sewe carries the character of our family: attention to detail, care for people, a love of good food, and our belief that hospitality should be felt, not just seen. And although this is our family's story, from here on we want it to be written by the people who step through Sewe's door too… your majesty, our guests.
